 Biggest Mistake Entrepreneurs Make

It’s my personal mission to support you to create radiant & vibrant health so you can dream & crush your biz goals!  Over the past 30 years of being a business owner, I’ve learned a lot about what does and doesn’t work.  Want to know what does work? Making your health your #1 priority. It’s the key to elevating your business, and your life.

HEALTH’S 3 COMPONENTS

The three pieces work together; not apart. What works for me, might not work for you.  How I care for my health may be the poison to your health. Physical Health means moving your body. Mental Health means the way you perceive yourself & the world around you.  Nutritional Health means the food, supplements, and bevs you ingest.

This is a class Brandyn example: When I was having a “down or off day”, I’d reach for processed food, a glass of wine after work, and more coffee to motivate myself.  Basically: sugar + caffeine + ingredients I could not pronounce. Result? I’d ignore my work out by telling myself I’d do it later (which happened sparingly), my mind was distracted & foggy, and my work output wasn’t consistent.  At night, my sleep wasn’t so great, and in the morning my eyes were puffy (hate the early morning puffy eye thing by the way). I wasn’t fully awake, and needed a hit of coffee to “be on” again. My oh my, this is a rabbit hole to quickly tumble down friends!  Bottom line; make your health a priority & your biz will soar!

I get it!!!  You’re tired. You feel too out of shape. You don’t have time. You’re afraid. It’s too cold outside.

B’s 411 on Health

  1.  When you eat junk (food that isn’t real, with sugar, and is in the middle isle of your grocery store) your body can’t give you energy. It’s too busy creating an immune response to protect you from the “foreign invader” you consumed. The result; inflammation.

  2. Physical activity is the key to releasing some darn good hormones!  We need lots of these babies when growing a biz! Plus, there are about 100 other benefits to physical activity as well.

  3. A consistent routine (1 + 2) boosts your mental state. Want to boost your mental state more? Every tried meditating?
